Job summary

NRMA is seeking a full-time Driving Instructor to deliver tailored lessons under the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum, helping learners become independent drivers and gaining exposure to electric vehicle training.

You will join a forward-thinking team with guaranteed 38 hours per week, a Monday–Sunday roster from 7am to 8pm, and access to ongoing training and development with a reputable brand dedicated to safety and sustainability.

• Ability to promote NRMA products with a needs-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored driving lessons based on NRMA curriculum.
• Maintain a consistent roster (Mon–Sun, 7am–8pm) with guaranteed hours.
• Participate in driver training programs including Safer Drivers Course and corporate training.
• Ensure compliance with NSW road rules and licensing requirements.
