Job summary

NRMA Driving Instructor in Sydney is seeking a dedicated full-time professional to deliver tailored driving lessons under the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum, helping learners become safe, independent drivers while developing expertise for the NSW Safer Drivers Course and Older Driver assessment.

You will work a roster from Monday to Sunday, 7am–8pm, with a company vehicle provided and access to training and development within a supportive, member-owned team that values inclusion and community.

Qualifications

• Must hold NSW Driving Instructor Licence.
• Willingness to obtain Safer Drivers Course accreditation (module 2).
• Willingness to obtain Older Driver Assessment qualifications after 3 years of driving instructor experience.
• Valid NSW C class Driver’s Licence.
• Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored driving lessons based on the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum.
• Deliver NSW Safer Drivers Course and become an Older Driver Assessor.
• Potentially become an authorised trainer for Corporate Driver Training programs.
• Contribute to road safety within the community and NRMA’s mission.
