Job summary

Bupa Seaforth is seeking a reliable cleaner for our care home located in Seaforth, near the Northern Beaches. The role may involve shifts at Willoughby or Mosman locations due to proximity of nearby Bupa homes.

Use your cleaning skills to maintain high hygiene standards and provide empathetic, personal care to residents. Training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities for career development within Bupa.

Qualifications

• Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
• Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
• Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes

Responsibilities

• Maintain legislated safety, quality and hygiene standards
• Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
• Complete required documentation and reporting
• Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and catering

Job description

This role will be based at our Seaforth Care Home, which is in close proximity to the Northern Beaches. Due to the close proximity of nearby Bupa care homes, you may also be asked to pick up shifts at our Willoughby and Mosman locations.

Bupa Seaforth is a unique home with plenty of onsite amenities. This large home accommodates 76 residents in superior accommodation with quality single ensuite rooms, and a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
