Job summary

Moore Park Beach Tavern in Queensland is seeking an experienced Chef to join our energetic kitchen team. You will work under a dedicated Head Chef in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality, modern dishes across a variety of cuisines.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, the ability to cover a rotating roster Mon-Sun, strong food hygiene, grooming, and customer service. You will manage your own sections and contribute to consistently high presentation and food

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines.
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Food Hygiene compliance and practices.
• Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
• Approx. 38 hours per week.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
