Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, café or food service is essential.
• Confident across customer service and food preparation.
• Friendly and approachable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly and personalised service to all customers.
• Take orders and process transactions accurately using POS, cash and EFTPOS.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and inquiries.
• Prepare, plate and present food to high standards.
• Assist with light cooking and general kitchen duties.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to standard.
• Assemble and package takeaway orders accurately and attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across café, kitchen and service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and safe handling procedures.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory duties.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations.
