Job summary

Angus & Coote Miranda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and collaborate with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service within a luxury jewellery environment.

You will motivate staff, coach for development, and drive the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while upholding premium store standards and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising, leading and empowering a high performing team.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and provide feedback to Team Members to support their career development.
• Understanding of running a successful business with a track record to achieve beyond sales targets and KPIs.
• Interest, love and passion for working with luxurious products and brands.

Responsibilities

• Create professional, personalised experiences for customers to add to their jewellery and watch collections.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and drive Team Members to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Coach and train Team Members to become selling superstars.
• Lead by example to achieve personal targets while seeking opportunities to maximise store sales.
• Uphold high standards of store presentation, in-store safety and visual merchandising.
• Support Store Manager with administrative and operational requirements of the store.
