About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Pilot to join our team in a full-time, permanent position based in Wee Waa, NSW.

This is a hands-on flying role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, looks after their aircraft and equipment, and understands the importance of providing a consistently high standard of service to growers.

Our operations are predominantly across the Namoi Valley and surrounding districts, with a strong local client base and a diverse cropping program providing a varied flying environment throughout the year.

During busy periods, you will need to operate safely and efficiently under pressure while maintaining high application and operational standards. You’ll work closely with our ground crew, operations team, growers and agronomists, so good communication and a professional, practical attitude are important.

We’re looking for someone who can think for themselves, make sound decisions and work independently when required, while also being a genuine part of the wider Spray Tech team.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful applicant will hold:

• CPL
• Current CASA Class 1 or Class 2 Medical
• Current ASIC, or ability to obtain one
