Crewe Sharp Pty is seeking caring Personal Care Workers for a full-time contract role in Townsville. You will provide compassionate support in aged care facilities, assisting with daily living activities and maintaining residents’ dignity.

Ideal applicants hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and current First Aid/CPR, with required police checks and vaccinations. Immediate start for suitable candidates, with opportunities for growth and a supportive rostering team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Personal Care) – required.
• Current Australian Federal Police Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Supporting residents with daily living activities.
• Assisting with hygiene, mobility, and general wellbeing.
• Observing and reporting any changes to senior clinical staff.
• Maintaining resident privacy, dignity and respect at all times.
