Job summary

HealthX in Broulee NSW is hiring 5 Personal Care Attendants for a 48-month full-time contract, commencing November 2026. The role offers an hourly rate of $32–$37 plus allowances and super, with rostered days across day, afternoon and night shifts.

You will deliver person-centred care, implement care plans, and work closely with RN/Team leaders to ensure safety, dignity and informed resident choices in a supportive aged-care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care is desirable but not essential.
• Able to work as part of a team and adapt to rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care programs and ensure dignity and privacy.
• Communicate changes to RN/Team leader and support informed resident choices.
• Foster teamwork and maintain quality of care.
