Job summary

Reapit is seeking a Staff Engineer to drive full-stack delivery across .NET and React, leading a team of developers and QA engineers. You will own retailer integration projects, modernise existing Razor/Blazor apps, and contribute to frontend and backend efforts with a focus on performance and scalable architecture.

You should have 7+ years of .NET experience, strong React skills, and prior leadership experience. The role supports flexible working with a Brisbane office and hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years commercial experience with .NET.
• Strong experience in React front-end development and Blazor/Razor is a plus.
• Experience leading a development team or technical lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of .NET developers and QA engineer; design and deliver full-stack solutions.
• Own complex tickets end-to-end with code reviews and production rollout.
• Deliver React front-end work across integrations and modernization projects.
