Job summary

Best Practice Software Pty is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to help build our cloud platform in Bundaberg or Brisbane, Queensland. You’ll work across the stack: .NET 8 on the backend, React on the frontend, SQL Server underneath, packaged as Docker images and deployed to Kubernetes on Azure.

You’ll collaborate with UX Designers, Product Owners, QA and Clinical Safety Advisors, delivering features end-to-end, writing tests, and applying secure coding practices aligned with accessibility

Qualifications

Commercial full stack development experience, typically three years or more.
Strong C# and modern .NET (8+).
Solid React, and comfort with Node.js tooling.
SQL Server: schema design and queries.
Practical Docker experience; containerization and local testing.
Automated testing and CI/CD as everyday habits.

Responsibilities

Deliver features end to end: front-end React components and back-end .NET services.
Build UI with React and FluentUI for consistency across the suite.
Push live updates to clients with SignalR and integrate with Azure Event Hubs.
Choose the right data store across SQL Server and Azure Storage.
