Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience ideally.
• Combination of Full stack in .NET and Angular with AWS platform skills.
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem solving for software solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1 – Customer support: handling level 1/2 incidents per SLAs and escalation when needed.
• 2 – Development and issue resolution of the in-house QLIMS system, including feature mods and bug fixes.
• 3 – Supporting pre-sales with technical knowledge of the solution when required.
