Job summary

Kablamo is seeking a mid-level Full Stack Engineer to join our Product Care team in Australia. You will triage defects, deliver incremental feature enhancements, and ensure ongoing adoption of client platforms.

You’ll work across the full stack from front-end to back-end, with emphasis on reliable, high-quality software and scalable architectures. You will collaborate with the Technical Account Manager and wider delivery team, taking ownership of tickets end-to-end, and applying AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing complex web applications in a commercial setting.
• Solid experience with modern JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of at least one further high-level programming language (e.g. Golang, Python, Java, C#).
• Working knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and dependency injection.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to client stakeholders through ticket and communication channels, ensuring SLA and SLO objectives are upheld
• Participate hands-on in the code to deliver high-quality, extensible, and maintainable software
• Work across the full stack to support, triage, and resolve incoming requests and defects
• Diagnose and fix production issues, identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions
• Deliver ongoing feature enhancements based on priorities set by the Technical Account Manager / Product Owner
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and platform stability
• Use AI-assisted development tools day-to-day to support delivery, where appropriate to the task
• Work with the Technical Account Manager to identify recurring problems that can be resolved to reduce recurring alarms/tickets
• Support the Technical Account Manager in compiling RCAs / PIRs (Post-Incident Reviews)
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to uphold code quality standards
• Participate in code reviews as both reviewer and reviewee to maintain team standards
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, development teams, and client stakeholders to deliver sound outcomes and suggest system improvements
• Contribute to technical documentation as the platform evolves
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and showcases
• Identify and manage security risks within the scope of the role, ensuring compliance with defined security controls and escalating emerging threats to the Technical Account Manager
