Job summary

Synechron in Sydney is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will design and build scalable web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and React, collaborating with UI/UX designers and backend squads to deliver feature-rich products.

The role emphasizes writing clean code, adhering to best practices, and ensuring performance. Prior exposure to .NET/ASP.NET for integration, plus cloud and container tech like Docker/Kubernetes, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and server-side development.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, WebSocket, and other communication protocols.
• Ability to write scalable and maintainable code.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and React.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile development processes.
• Good to have: Experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET, or .NET Core for integration or backend development.
