Job summary

WOW Recruitment in City of Melbourne, Australia is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build a high-growth platform used by thousands daily. You will own features end-to-end across frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure, collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You'll work with React, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL and AWS, contributing to greenfield work and platform enhancements. Hybrid work, strong growth potential and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Professional React experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, SST or similar.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions.
• Experience working with ORMs such as Prisma or similar.
• Experience with automated testing using Vitest or Jest.
• Experience building and supporting software in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship full-stack features from idea to production.

As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help deliver impactful product initiatives and contribute to the development of a modern, high-growth platform.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands‑on engineering role with exposure across frontend development, backend services, cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You'll be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle, from refining requirements and designing solutions through to deployment and production support. Working closely with technical leadership and senior engineers, you'll help build products that are used and valued by a rapidly growing customer base.

TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Supabase, Prisma, SST/Pulumi, GitHub Actions, Vitest/Jest, Playwright/Cypress and Go.
