Job summary

HR Partners is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to deliver mission critical services across NSW public sector programs. You will bridge design and hands-on coding, own feasibility assessments, and translate architectures into robust, reusable components.

You will work across internal teams, release managers, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery while applying secure, scalable practices in AWS environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on full stack development across Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Proven ability to produce detailed technical designs from high level architectures.
• Experience delivering robust utilities and complex application functions.
• Strong cloud engineering capability in AWS environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

The Role Working within a complex, multi stream program, you will bridge technical design and hands‑on execution. You will take ownership of technical feasibility, author detailed technical designs from high level solution architectures, and deliver common utilities and complex application functions. Beyond hands‑on code delivery, you will maintain technical quality, lead peer reviews, and ensure seamless delivery readiness across internal teams, release managers, and external vendors.

What You'll Bring
