Job summary

Peoplebank in Brisbane CBD is seeking a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer to design, build, test and support secure, scalable web applications and APIs in a modern Agile delivery environment. You’ll work across front-end and back-end engineering, contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices, and help translate business requirements into well-structured solutions with strong automated test coverage.

Qualifications

• Full stack development with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8+)
• Strong front-end with Angular and/or React + TypeScript
• Experience designing APIs and secure, maintainable solutions
• SQL + Entity Framework data access
• BDD and test automation with Gherkin + Cucumber
• DevOps/CI/CD with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Agile, multidisciplinary teamwork with strong communication
• Exposure to interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR) or healthcare sector is a plus

About the role

Seeking a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer to design, build, test and support secure, scalable web applications and APIs in a modern Agile delivery environment. You’ll work across front-end and back-end engineering, contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices, and help translate business requirements into well-structured solutions with strong automated test coverage.

Required skills

• Full stack development experience with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8+)
• Strong front-end skills in Angular and/or React, plus TypeScript
• Experience designing and building APIs, application architecture and secure, maintainable solutions
• Solid database and data-access skills: SQL + Entity Framework
• BDD and test automation experience: Gherkin + Cucumber (or equivalent)
• DevOps / CI/CD experience (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, automated deployments)
• Proven ability to work effectively in Agile, multidisciplinary teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly regarded: exposure to interoperability standards (e.g., HL7 FHIR) or healthcare sector experience
