Job summary

Talent Forge Group is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build production-grade AI health tech in Sydney. You will ship features end-to-end, integrate with practice management systems, and work with real-time audio and LLM-powered workflows alongside clinicians and data scientists.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with production-grade web apps, and can own problems from idea to shipped product in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• CS degree (or related) is required.
• Full working rights in Australia are required.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end to end — no waiting for perfect specs.
• Build and maintain integrations with practice management systems.
• Get hands-on with real-time audio and voice systems.
• Build with LLMs in production and maintain output quality.
• Collaborate with product, clinical and data science teams to ship software.
