Dan Murphy's is seeking a Fulfilment Manager at our Butler location. You will lead stock control and inventory accuracy while developing a high-performing team responsible for stock movement and customer satisfaction.

You'll drive coaching, succession planning and collaboration with store leaders to navigate peak periods and maximize revenue, all within a culture that values inclusion and performance.

The ROLE

• Help build a culture that is centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
• Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team to inspire them to continuously improve
• Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
• Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth
