Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial analytics, revenue management or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen with strategy development in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced analytics with large datasets.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reports.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data systems.
• Experience leading analysts or teams.
• Desirable: retail fuel pricing or high-frequency pricing.
• Desirable: Power BI, SQL, Python or R; related tertiary qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies across a multi-state portfolio.
• Translate market insights and strategy into site-level pricing actions.
• Monitor competitor activity, wholesale costs and market trends.
• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities, risks and drivers.
• Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Utilise pricing systems, automation, analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Lead continuous improvement across pricing processes and reporting.
• Provide direction and coaching to Pricing Analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive pricing execution.
• Ensure pricing aligns with governance and regulatory obligations.
