Job summary

Emerald Carrying Company (ECC) is seeking reliable MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to join our Cairns team. We will train you in-house for fuel tanker operations, with a focus on safety, compliance and driver wellbeing.

We offer 4-night on/4-off roster, long-term career path, weekly pay, and a supportive environment with mentoring from experienced drivers, plus PPE, boot allowance and a modern fleet.

Qualifications

• MC licence and Road Ranger experience required.
• Dangerous Goods Licence, or willingness to obtain before/soon after hiring.
• Safe Load Pass and Basic Fatigue Management certifications; ECC may cover costs.
• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to provide a National Criminal History Check and Traffic History Report.
• Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.

Emerald Carrying Company (ECC) is currently seeking reliable, safety-focused and professional MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to join our growing Cairns team.

No Fuel Experience. Bring your MC driving experience and we will invest in your future.

We welcome applications from experienced MC drivers who are ready to transition into the fuel transport industry.

Our comprehensive paid, in-house training program will give you the practical skills, confidence and industry knowledge required to become a professional Fuel Tanker Driver.

Roster & Renumeration

• 4-night shifts on, 4 non-rostered shifts
• $52.93 per hour plus applicable allowances
• 12-hour daily shifts, subject to operational requirements

About You

• A current MC licence and Road Ranger experience
• Dangerous Goods Licence, or willing to obtain
