Sharp and Carter is seeking a NSW Transport Supervisor - Fuel Distribution in Sydney's South with a hands-on approach to lead a driver network and ensure continuous fuel distribution services 24/6/365. • Proven experience supervising a large fleet of company drivers in a 24/7 rostered environment
• Confidence navigating IR conversations with a unionised workforce
• Ability to lead with fairness and consistency in a busy transport operation

Responsibilities

• Supervising and rostering a large pool of company-employed drivers across rotating day/night shifts
• Acting as frontline point of contact for driver queries and roster changes
• Working with the 24-hour support team and client scheduling to keep the network running smoothly
• Managing performance and IR-style conversations with professionalism
• Supporting peak-period planning when demand increases
• Building strong relationships with a long-serving driver cohort
