Zusammenfassung

Natoora in Melbourne is seeking a Night Warehouse Operative to join the loading, picking and packing and warehouse teams. You will work 8pm to 4am, five days a week on a rotation including weekends and holidays, in a refrigerated environment around 38-42°F, with PPE provided.

You will be picking and packing orders, ensuring on-time preparation and quality, moving stock, and loading orders into vans. Basic pay starts from $27.50 per hour with weekend loading and top-up pay as per guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Able to lift 1 kg to 20 kg depending on order requirements.
• Continuous physical movement to fill orders.
• Work full-time on TFN with no restrictions.

We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset to join our Loading, Picking & Packing and Warehouse Teams.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Night Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a part of a dynamic, responsive team that is driving real change at ground level. You will have a key role in ensuring our customers’ orders are ready on time and with care. When we have the opportunity, we help each other so we all contribute to create a positive environment and to get good results.

This is a full-time position starting where your shifts will be anywhere from 8pm to 4am, 5 days a week on a rotation basis including weekends and holidays. The job requires primarily working in a refrigerated environment at around 38-42 degrees Fahrenheit - we will supply you with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders
• Ensuring orders are prepared on time and with quality and that our general warehouse operations run smoothly
• Moving and rearranging stock, either by hand or with heavy lifting equipment
• General cleaning and warehouse duties
• Loading and organising orders in outgoing vans

You

• Able to lift minimum 1kg to 20 kg depending on order requirements
• Continuous physical movement will be required to fill orders
• Understand the directions of the managers given on site
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines of order completion,
• Must be able to work fulltime on TFN with no restrictions
• Basic pay starts from $27.5 per hour with out shift loading and weekend payrate which will be included at top of base pay rate as per SSW guide lines,
