Job summary

Superior Food Services in Mackay region is seeking a Storeperson / Picker Packer to join our Slade Point depot on a rotating roster. You will handle efficient picking, packing, and loading of orders for dispatch.

This full-time role offers immediate start, a safety‑driven environment and long-term opportunities with staff discounts and EAP. Forklift experience is valued; training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift LF license preferred but not essential.
• Experience picking/packing in a fast-paced warehouse desirable.
• Food environment experience valued but not essential.
• Willingness to work in dry/chiller/freezer environments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding OH&S compliance and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
• Load trucks for dispatch.
• Pick/pack orders in dry, chiller and freezer areas as required.

Storeperson / Picker Packer - Rotating Roster

Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are seeking applications for Warehouse Storeperson on a Full time permanent basis to join our Slade Point depot.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, this full-time positions offer an immediate start attractive pay rates/allowances, and long-term job security.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate and timely picking and packing of customer orders
• Loading trucks for dispatch
• Picking and packing orders in the dry areas, chiller and freezer as required
• RotatingRoster
• Effectively providing 'hands-on' support across the warehouse operations from replenishment, dispatch, and inventory control functions
• Understand all aspects of workplace safety and comply with company policies and procedures.
• General cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
• Other duties as assigned by the Shift Manager.

All about you

• Valid forklift license (LF) preferred not essential
• Picking and packing experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred but not essential
• Prior experience working in a food environment preferred but not essential.
• Must be willing and able to work in the dry/chiller/freezer
• Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understand all aspects of OH&S compliance and manual handling.
