Job summary

Rombola Family Farms in Griffith, NSW is seeking a dedicated Fruit and Vegetable Packer to join our family-run operation and support our harvest season. You will handle cleaning, packing, labeling, and loading of fresh produce for local markets, contributing to our commitment to quality and sustainability.

We value reliability, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and teamwork. Immediate availability and valid work rights are preferred, with experience in farming environments an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous farm experience is an advantage.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate availability to start work.
• Willing to stay for the whole harvest period.
• Evidence of work rights.
• Chemical Certification will be advantageous.
• Team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
