Job summary

Ferrovial, through its Webber division, is seeking a FrontEnd Loader Operator for heavy civil projects in Australia. You will operate machinery to load materials, support earthworks, and work on on-site construction sites.

The role requires safety focus, hands-on operation, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather as part of a collaborative team delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
• Physical activity includes heavy manual labor outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler tractors with attached buckets to load materials from stockpiles and excavation.
• Signal truck driver to position for loading dirt, rocks and other materials.
• Identify and avoid hazards such as utilities, other equipment, workers, and falling objects.
• Perform basic maintenance such as oiling or greasing the machine when needed.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe activities to supervisor.
