Job summary

CoreView is seeking a Frontend Engineer to shape the interfaces our customers rely on daily. You'll work in a large, mature Angular and TypeScript codebase, owning features end-to-end with designers, PMs, and backend engineers.

You’ll expand our in-house design system, build data-dense dashboards, and contribute to a multi-region platform with REST, GraphQL, and real-time updates. Strong fundamentals and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Around 3+ years building modern web applications with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS within a component-based framework.
• Experience with Angular is a strong plus, but fundamentals matter more than a single framework.
• Ability to work in a large, long-lived codebase with many contributors.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and end-to-end testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the user-facing side of our platform, translating product and design requirements into clean, responsive, and performant Angular interfaces — owning features end-to-end.
• Expand shared UI components and libraries to improve team efficiency, including API design, versioning, and Storybook documentation.
• Create data-dense interfaces with server-side pagination, charts, and dashboards; integrate with REST, GraphQL, and real-time updates.
• Collaborate with UX, product managers, and engineers to keep experiences accessible and localized.

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to help shape the interfaces our customers rely on every day. You'll work in a large, mature Angular and TypeScript codebase alongside designers, product managers, and backend engineers, and you'll have real ownership of the shared component libraries several of our applications are built on.

Our Frontend Stack

• Core. Angular and TypeScript in strict mode,RxJSandNgRx, SASS with light/dark theming.
• Shared libraries. An in-house design system of 70+ components, higher-level application libraries, and a JSON-schema-driven dynamic forms engine — versionednpmpackages documented in Storybook. Data-dense views use AG Grid Enterprise andHighcharts.
• Platform. REST across a multi-region microservice backend, a growing typedGraphQLsurface, andSignalRfor real-time updates. Karma/Jasmine unit tests, a large Playwright suite with axe-core checks, and Azure DevOps pipelines deploying to Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the user-facing side of our platform, translating product and design requirements into clean, responsive, and performant Angular interfaces — owning your features end-to-end.
• Expand our shared UI components and libraries to make yourself and other engineers more efficient and effective: API design, sensible versioning, and Storybook documentation.
• Build data-dense interfaces that stay fast — server-side paginated grids, charts, and customizable dashboards — and integrate them with a distributed backend over REST,GraphQL, and real-time updates.
• Build withAI, andraise the bar for how we do it. We develop with Cursor and AI coding agents wired into our own internal MCP servers. We expect you to use these tools daily, improve that setup for the team, and hold AI-generated code to the same review standard as your own.
• Take an active roleaboutfrontend architecture for our web applications, keep the codebase healthy (bugs, refactoring, bundle size, framework upgrades), and partner with UX and product to keep the experience consistent, accessible,and fully localized.
• Follow secure development principles, ensuring that frontend code isproperly assessedand tested for security vulnerabilities (e.g.XSS, unsafe data handling, safetokenand session handling) prior to release.

Qualifications

• Relevantexpertise. Around 3+yearsbuilding modern web applications with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS within a component-based framework. We build on Angular, so Angular experience is a strong plus — but strong fundamentals matter more to us than any single framework.
• Comfort at scale. You’veworked in a large, long-lived codebase with many contributors, and you know how to navigate one, make a surgical change, and leave it better than you found it.
• AI-assisted development. You alreadybuild withAI coding tools and have a real point of view on where they help and where they don’t. You can steer an agent through an unfamiliar codebase, and you review its output critically —you'reaccountable for what you merge.
• Testingasa habit. You write unit tests as part of building rather than afterwards, andyou’veworked with an end-to-end framework such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Passion for the topic. You have a genuine, proven passion for building great user experiences. It's a big plus if you have a demonstrated interest in design systems, UI performance, or crafting tools that other people love to use.
• Reasoning,drive, and curiosity. You solve challenging problems independently, learn rapidly and in depth, persevere until the job is done well, and seek out new opportunities of your own accord rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Collaboration and communication. You enjoy working closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers, and you read and write English proficiently and speak it at a conversational level.

Nice to Have

• Deep Angular knowledge — change detection, signals, standalone APIs — or experience leading a majorversionmigration.
• Building a design system and publishing versionedcomponentpackages (ng-packagr, Storybook, privatenpmregistries).
• Complex data-grid or data-visualization work, real-time UI overWebSocketsorSignalR, or internationalized multi-region frontends.
• Shipping AI-powered product features (in-app assistants, streaming responses, retrieval), or familiarity with the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration domain.
