At Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders, we don’t just check guests in and out, we welcome them into the story of our neighbourhood. We’re currently looking for a Guest Service Agent who’s passionate, energetic, and ready to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Role:
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel. You’ll greet guests with genuine warmth, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every moment of their stay feels seamless and personal. From recommending local spots to going the extra mile on guest requests, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create lasting impressions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs, and payments using hotel systems (Infor PMS experience is a plus)
  • Upselling hotel services such as room upgrades and late check-outs
  • Responding to guest needs promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining front desk presentation and cleanliness
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Keeping up with local happenings to offer tailored recommendations
  • Attending regular training sessions and team briefings

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
