Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Front Office Groups Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, near Uluru. You will be the main liaison for groups, managing arrivals, room allocations, check-ins, tours, shuttles, dinner reservations, and final bills.

Key duties include supervising Front Office operations, training new staff, and delivering exceptional guest service. Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded, with relocation support and a range of staff facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office with groups is preferred.
• On-site guest service experience in resort/hotel setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of all Group Functions and related operations.
• Supervise Front Office team and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Assist in training new front office staff and act as a role model.
• Provide high-quality service by efficiently handling inquiries and issues.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Front Office Groups Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a passionate, customer obsessed, level headed Front Office Groups Coordinator to provide the highest level of customer experience to all groups. This role is the main point of contact for our Groups tour leaders as well as preparing for group arrivals, allocations of rooms, check in, confirming tours/ shuttles or dinner reservations, preparing and checking finial departure bills. In short you will be liaison between our resort and the groups to ensure that all information is shared so that they can truly have an amazing experience!

Key Duties

• To ensure the smooth running of all Group Functions and related operations
• Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes are adhered to in line with department procedures
• Assist in the training of new front office team members and acts as a role model to team members
• Provide a high standard of quality service to all guests by responding to all enquiries and issues efficiently
