Qualifications

• Proven experience leading front office teams in hospitality.
• Strong rostering, training and service standards.
• Ability to manage guest escalations with calm, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front office, including complaint escalation and rostering/timesheet approvals.
• Ensure high-level guest services at check-in/check-out and during stay, leading by example.
• Create memorable guest experiences by tailoring service delivery to each guest.
• Identify new sales leads and contribute to the hotel’s commercial success.
• Manage emergencies safely and support hotel leadership in operations.
