Job summary

Tribe West Perth, part of Accor, is seeking a Front Office All Rounder to greet guests, manage reservations, and help guests plan their stay at Tribe West Perth, 4 Walker Ave, West Perth, WA.

You will handle check-ins/outs, upsell upgrades, maintain records, and coordinate with housekeeping and F&B to ensure a seamless guest experience. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible rotating schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone, email and online platforms, providing guests with room availability, rates, and offers.
• Be the first point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and assisting with modifications and cancellations.
• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and business needs for a comfortable stay.
• Handle payments accurately and securely.
• Suggest upgrades and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain reservation records to ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs.
• Resolve guest complaints and turn challenges into opportunities.
