Biviano's Dural offers a sophisticated dining experience, featuring immaculate gardens, four exquisite event spaces, handcrafted menus, exceptional service, and an extensive wine list, all set in a stunning atmosphere. We are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, and high tea, and host a variety of weddings and events. Available Positions:

Casual & Part time Front of House
Candidates must be available for a minimum of Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch shifts. Weekday availability is a bonus. Industry award pay rates.

Candidate Requirements:

• A strong commitment to learning and personal growth.
• A current RSA certificate (or a willingness to obtain one).
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and the ability to work split shifts and double shifts.
• High standards of personal grooming and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• An eye for detail, common sense, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, formal dining environment.
