Plough Hotel is hiring a Casual/Temporary Front Of House Supervisor role in Footscray, VIC.

The Plough Hotel is seeking a hands-on, motivated supervisor to help lead our busy Footscray venue. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hospitality experience who wants to step up and take on more responsibility in a supportive team environment.

Requirements for this role:

• Flexible hours available
• Expected salary: $35 - $55 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year supervisory or senior FOH experience in a fast-paced venue.

• Confident running shifts, delegating tasks, and supporting a team.

• Strong bar & floor knowledge – comfortable pouring drinks, taking orders, and assisting staff where needed.

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable attitude.

• A team player who can lead by example and remain calm under pressure.

What We Offer:

• Competitive casual pay: $30–$50 per hour (based on experience).
