Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our multi-award winning business as a full-time Front of House Supervisor, 15 minutes from Hobart CBD in the renowned Coal River Valley Wine Region.

The Restaurant operates 7 days a week 9-5pm with occasional evening events and Weddings. The restaurant forms a key part of the business along with other artisan activities onsite (cheese manufacturing, chocolate making, vineyard).

The role requires an experienced hospitality professional who can lead a small front of house team within a larger multi-team on site business. Must have excellent communication skills, Barista experience, ability to multitask and be neatly presented.
