Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, hospitality or retail roles.
- Positive, energetic and friendly customer interactions.
- Ability to upsell and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and top-tier service.
- Drive sales on every shift through upselling and product knowledge.
- Understand daily goals and work with the team to achieve them.
- Keep the venue well-stocked and guest-ready.
- Own your space across front desk, bar, or events, with strong safety compliance.
- Follow safety and compliance procedures to protect guests and teammates.
- Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs.
