As our Front of House / Reception, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for visitors, customers, partners and employees in stunning Sydney. You'll be the first point of contact in our Brisbane office, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional and seamless from arrival through to departure. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and make people feel genuinely welcome will help set the tone for every visit.
You'll coordinate guest arrivals, manage meeting room bookings, support events and VIP visits, oversee visitor registrations, and help maintain a workplace environment that reflects the professionalism and hospitality BOQ Group is known for. You'll also play an important role behind the scenes, managing enquiries, coordinating deliveries and ensuring our front-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This 12 Month Fixed Term role is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being around people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You're someone who naturally enjoys helping others and creating positive experiences. You have a warm, approachable style and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Whether you're greeting visitors, supporting a meeting, managing competing priorities or responding to enquiries, you remain calm, organised and professional.
You bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service. You're comfortable working independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team where everyone supports each other to achieve great outcomes.
Experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, front-of-house operations or workplace experience environments will set you up for success in this role. You'll also be confident using technology and administrative systems and enjoy finding ways to make processes more efficient and effective.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who genuinely cares about people and is willing to get in and get things done, with the customer always in mind!
