Job description

Work in a fast-paced, supportive environment

Customer-focused, people-first role

Floralia Wellness is a thriving integrative medicine clinic in Perth’s western suburbs, specialising in women’s health, fertility, and children’s health. Our team includes naturopaths, nutritional practitioners, acupuncturists, and integrative medicine doctors, working together to deliver exceptional, holistic care. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, caring, and compassionate Front of House Manager/Senior Receptionist to join our team in a full-time role.

You’ll be the key face and heartbeat of our reception team—the first person clients meet and the one who sets the tone for their entire experience with us. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Business Manager and Clinic Director (owner) to ensure the smooth running of front-of-house operations and the highest standard of client care.

This role is ideal for someone with previous senior reception or clinic administration experience, or someone with senior corporate administration experience who is ready to bring their skills into the wellness world. We also warmly welcome applications from qualified naturopaths who prefer not to practice but have strong administrative and client-care skills—your knowledge of the wellness space will be highly valued in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Leading and supporting the reception team as the front-of-house senior.
  • Managing all aspects of client care including bookings, payments, records, and results.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients in person, by phone, and online.
  • Supporting our practitioners with administrative and organisational tasks.
  • Ensuring the front of house runs smoothly and reflects the professionalism of the clinic.
  • Liaising confidently with health professionals and a broad range of clients. Using and managing our practice systems daily, including Cliniko, Best Practice, Medicare, HICAPS, and Shopify.
  • Working in close partnership with the Practice Manager and Director (owner) to uphold high standards of care and operational excellence.

THE SKILLS + QUALITIES YOU WILL HAVE

  • An empathetic, caring, and compassionate nature with a mindful approach to multi-tasking.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior receptionist or front-of-house role.
  • Ability to manage a busy workflow and remain calm under pressure.
  • A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning and personal development.
  • High level of tech confidence—ability to quickly learn and adapt to different software systems. Energetic, efficient, and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US

At Floralia, we pride ourselves on being more than just a clinic—we are a community. You’ll be working in a supportive, values-driven environment alongside twelve highly skilled practitioners who are leaders in naturopathy, nutrition, acupuncture, and integrative medicine. We offer: A welcoming, collaborative workplace culture. Ongoing opportunities for growth and professional development. The chance to be part of a clinic shaping the future of women’s health, fertility, and integrative care in Perth.
