YOMG Mornington is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead a customer-focused team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role requires managing daily operations, staff development, and ensuring exceptional service while maintaining store presentation.

Formación

• Experience leading a front of house team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your team on a day-to-day basis.
• Hire, train and develop your team.
• Manage and control labour costs.
• Maintain operational policies and SOPs.
• Assist with stock purchasing and levels.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the store.
• Rostering and timekeeping.
• Report directly to area manager/s and YOMG Head Office.
