Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy bar, restaurant, function venue or events environment.
• A current ACT RSA certificate.
• Cocktail-making experience highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
• Willingness to assist wherever needed, whether that's behind the bar, serving guests or setting up an event.
• The ability to stay organised and work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in weddings, corporate functions, banquets or high-volume hospitality will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Bar & General Front of House: provide friendly, efficient service across bars and Market Hall.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Process orders and payments using POS systems.
• Maintain clean and well-presented bar and service areas.
• Restock, open and close duties.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high standards.
