Job summary

Randstad in Wollert Quarry is seeking an experienced Sales Loader Operator to join the team on the afternoon shift. You will load trucks, manage stockpiles and support smooth quarry operations, with a casual contract and potential for full-time hours.

Responsibilities include operating front-end loaders, keeping loading weights accurate, performing pre-start checks and assisting with haulage tasks, while strictly following safety and environmental protocols. Some Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders in quarry/mining environments.
• Must hold a Loader Ticket (LL) or equivalent.
• Desirable: Ticketed operation of haul trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to load trucks and road transport.
• Maintain loading weights and manage stockpiles.
• Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance.
• Assist with site haulage using trucks as required.
• Follow safety, environmental and site protocols.
