Aston Advantage is recruiting for Front End Loader Operators in Rockhampton for several full-time roles. You’ll join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting mining and construction supply chains with modern equipment including forklifts and overhead cranes.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, a valid LF licence, and a strong safety focus, with full working rights in Australia. Immediate starts and penalty-rate shifts are available across various locations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or forklift experience.
• Valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pick packing, order assembly & stock control.
• RF scanning and manual picking for accuracy.
• Loading/unloading trucks and containers.
• Operating forklifts (counterbalance & high reach).
• Using order pickers and overhead cranes.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant work environment.
• Optional physical labouring or steel handling work.
