You will advise on major private sector and government projects and collaborate with top partners and capable back-end teams across Australia.

Qualified candidates will have 12–20+ years PAE in front-end Construction Law, with strong relationships with Tier 1/2 contractors and a commercially driven mindset,

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years PAE in front-end Construction Law or Major Projects.
• Established relationships with Tier 1/2 contractors and institutional players.
• Commercially minded with strong client management and mentorship.
• Willingness to step into partnership with leadership scope.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with market-leading partners on major infrastructure projects.
• Lead front-end construction contracts, procurement, and PPPs.
• Develop and manage client relationships and growth strategy.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team.
