Job summary

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Front Desk All Rounder to deliver personalised, seamless service at our iconic waterfront hotel. You will welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and handle cashiering with accuracy, while maintaining detailed guest profiles and VIP considerations in the Opera Front Desk system.

This role requires a polished presence, strong hospitality skills, and teamwork within the Front Office.

Qualifications

• Guest service and hospitality mindset essential for a warm guest experience.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polished telephone manner.
• Cash handling and basic financial transactions with accuracy and discretion.
• Ability to work with teammates and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out with warmth and efficiency.
• Manage guest accounts, billing, and cashiering tasks accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the Opera Front Desk system.
• Collaborate with Front Desk Supervisor and hotel staff to ensure a consistently elevated guest experience.
