Overview

Freezer Pick Packer - Full Time Cold Store Operations. For Freezer Pick Packers and Cold Store Packers to deliver accurate and timely chilled and frozen order fulfilment for a specialist food logistics provider. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, within a HACCP-governed cold store operation. Salary guide: $28.27 to $35 per hour including freezer allowance. Location: Western suburbs of Perth, WA.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing chilled and frozen meat, seafood, and smallgoods orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanning technology.
• Rotating stock and checking use-by dates to maintain HACCP food safety standards.
• Managing stock placement and palletising orders for dispatch.
• Operating LF forklifts to assist with stock movement; reach truck experience is advantageous.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the cold store and freezer environment.

What you will need

• Current LF forklift licence (essential).
• Experience in frozen or chilled food pick packing preferably within HACCP environments.
• Strong understanding of stock rotation and food safety requirements.
• Work visa or permanent right to work in Australia.
