Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form social media videos with a strong portfolio.
• Portfolio showcasing TikTok and Instagram Reels work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut).
• Strong storytelling and ability to identify key moments within raw footage.
• Familiarity with trends in fitness, lifestyle, and wellness content on social platforms.
• Ability to add captions, music, and text overlays that align with platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw phone and Meta glasses footage into 9:16 vertical videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Select and sequence the strongest moments from multiple clips to create clear, compelling narratives.
• Produce talking-to-camera edits, music-driven montages, and voiceover-based content.
• Refine pacing, remove unnecessary footage, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Add captions, suitable music, and occasional on-screen text to enhance viewer engagement.
• Deliver ready-to-post videos that maintain the creator’s authentic style.
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines and provide ongoing updates on project progress.
