The role focuses on print execution across POS, signage, and catalogs, with strong Figma skills for digital assets and collaboration with on-site teams two days per week, while remaining remote the rest of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong background in print design within retail, consumer goods, or agency environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Practical working knowledge of Figma for digital asset creation and tweaks.
• Experience delivering fast-turnaround POS, signage, or promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prep finished print artwork across retail touchpoints (POS materials, instore signage, promotional collateral, press, and catalogs).
• Utilize Figma to resize, update, and format digital assets (edms, web banners, social graphics).
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain high production standards.
• Perform pre-flight checks and deliver print-ready files to external suppliers.
• Collaborate with the internal retail design team during the on-site days.
