Job summary

Findex is refreshing its brand and seeking a Graphic Designer on a 12-month max-term contract with flexibility to base yourself anywhere in Australia (Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane preferred).

You will work in the Brand team to land the refresh across clients and staff, producing digital and print materials and contributing to a new offline activation while using AI tools to streamline ideation and production.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing brand design across digital and print.
• Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
• Ability to prepare artwork for both digital and print production.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print materials that express the refreshed brand.
• Develop offline activation artwork from concept to production-ready assets.
• Apply brand guidelines and build templates for cross-team consistency.
• Track design performance and sharpen future work based on learnings.
• Collaborate with suppliers to deliver signage, event and merchandise on time.
