A dynamic, high-growth fintech brand undergoing an exciting brand refresh is seeking creative reinforcements. Known for its progressive approach and commitment to delivering sleek, impactful design across digital platforms, the company is bolstering its marketing capabilities for a high-volume period of creative output. This opportunity arises due to a planned scale-up across campaigns and a major visual identity rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with art directors, creatives, and internal stakeholders to bring design briefs to life.
• Execute end-to-end design projects across digital, print, campaign, and product touchpoints.
• Design a range of creative assets including eDMs, social media, merchandise, web pages, and event collateral.
• Contribute to the rollout of a brand refresh across all platforms with performance-driven creative solutions.
• Develop and refine toolkits, walkthroughs, and explainer visuals aligned with refreshed brand guidelines.
• Maintain strong file organisation and adapt to in-house systems and processes for seamless integration.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Strong, versatile portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and digital execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma – this is essential; it’s central to the team’s workflow and collaboration.
• Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and colour theory.
