Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in Sydney, Australia seeks a Fraud Specialist to join the Technical Operations team. You will manage fraud matters, conduct reviews, and coordinate referrals to specialists, helping support claims teams and clients.

Qualifications

• You’ll have extensive experience in workers compensation case management.
• Experience or exposure to fraud management and prevention would be advantageous, however interest in the space is a must!
• Strong attention to detail and analytic skills.
• A team player who enjoys collaboration with the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fraud matters and the initial review and referral process;
• Undertake human reviews of newly identified fraudulent claims and activity;
• Initiating referrals to the Fraud Technical Specialist and Management;
• Provide advice to Case Managers around identification and processes;
• Supporting broader business and risk initiatives and projects.
