Job summary

Australian Payments Plus (AP+) in Australia seeks a Senior Product Manager – Fraud & Scams to own end-to-end product lifecycle, translating fraud challenges into scalable solutions. You will work with banks, non-banks and across fraud/risks teams to shape roadmaps and deliver measurable value in a national payments ecosystem.

You’ll bring deep fraud domain expertise, strong product leadership, and experience across card and real-time payments to protect Australians and the payments system.

Qualifications

• Deep fraud and scams domain expertise.
• Strong knowledge of card fraud and payment rails.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Senior Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full product lifecycle, translating needs into propositions and roadmaps.
• Develop products addressing evolving fraud risks using data and market insights.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and prioritise requirements.
• Coordinate customer testing, product launches and training.
